Awful. It was one of the worst experiences of any interviews I have ever had. I had to email the company twice, three weeks after the final interview for a denial form email sent on their behalf. No hard feelings, but they ate up over 8 hours of my life over the course of prescreening, phone, and video interviews that I will never get back. At one point I had 3 remote video interviews in 2 days. It was one of the most disappointing interview experiences I have ever had. Every interview pair I met with used pronouns and terms that intimated I had been selected for the role. They did not use the terms in hypothetical situations. All interviews used very repetitive questions and most interviewers were not prepared for the interview meeting. It honestly felt like the biggest bait-and-switch I have ever experienced. I would not recommend anyone to work for this company or any programs associated with it. Their interviewers are very misleading and appears the company is dishonest. I hope this review can help others not be bamboozled or have their time wasted by a company that doesn't value your or apparently their own time.
