Nutrien Manager interview questions

Initially very keen to interview and lock me in asap. Told me if I was given an offer I had to accept in 24hrs. Ok, I didn't apply for the job, you approached me. I chased up for days as I'd heard nothing after being called a lot leading up to the interview. Someone finally calls back and says I don't have enough experience (literally have been doing what they claim I have no experience in for over 7 years)! So for me, I felt like they didn't even read my resume and felt like a waste of time.

I was called for an initial interview with HR. I thought the interview went well and was told they would contact me with next steps within a week. I never received any further contact.
