I had the 1st interview with 3 of the senior architects and it was for around 45 minutes. We went through my portfolio and we had a discussion about my work and they showed me examples of their work as well. I followed up with an email the next day and around 2 weeks later they scheduled a 2nd interview with Steven O'Neil and it was for almost half an hour and towards the end of the interview he said he will put down the offer and get back to me. I followed up with an email as well after that interview and then there was no response at all from their end. It has been almost a month now since that follow up email annd there was not even a thank you email sent. I found that to be disrespectful of my time and also unprofessional after 2 interviews.
