A mass interview was conducted on the day that I went, therefore there was a lot waiting time. The whole process took 5 hours. Individual interview with branch manager and HR. It was rather casual and focused more on your personality and ability to communicate since it was a sales job. Offer was made on the spot.
straightforward, most of the interview questions was assessing whether you have the potential to sell, what have you learnt from previous jobs, what makes you think you can sell, and Q&A
Easy going interview, causal tone, more like a conversation to understand and size you.
Went through 2 rounds of interview 1 with district head another with the branch manager. HR interview more as a follow up.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at OCBC (Singapore)
Interview
Easy with the cluster manager and HR at OCBC center. Received an offer from them soon after. Very sales centric as they asked what motivates you. Applied via referral but this means that you will be assigned to the cluster that you have been referred from.
