A representative sent an email to the our university asking interested students to apply. I applied online and a few weeks later got an email inquiring about when I would be available for a phone interview. I set up an interview a few days later and they called me on the phone. The interview lasted about 40 minutes mostly because the interviewer spent a few minutes explaining about what the company does. It was a great interview.
