Quick. They claim to be transparent but provide no feedback after four very length and honest interviews. Through the four rounds of interviews I was given the impression , and told, that the culture was one of open feedback and of coaching. My experience with OJO and being ghosted after being told by HR and the Manager that I would receive follow up feedback, positive or negative, leaves a very bad taste for their process. It feels like lip service.
