First I had a phone screen with a recruiter who told me about the position. Later on she was the one who took me through the process. I had an three additional technical interviews with different people. After the last interview I was told I would be contacted. I had to write an email to the recruiter a few weeks later asking if she had any news. She told me they were still deciding and that she would write back when she had news. I'm still waiting for that email. Making your interviewees go to 4 different 2 hour interviews and then never even update them on the decision seems really disrespectful and even more so given that I was contacted by them, I didn't even apply for the job. I wouldn't recommend anyone working here with such crappy internal processes.
