Applied through university co-op job platform, got selected for an interview in downtown Toronto. Interviewed by two managers, one of whom ended up being on my team. Interview lasted 45 minutes, mostly behavioural with a few straightforward technical questions. Didn't know what division I would be working in until I had gotten my offer letter.
