OSI Maritime Systems interview questions

I had a very disappointing experience with OSI Maritime Systems. The interview process was disorganized from start to finish. The second round was communicated as an in-person panel interview, but instead turned into two separate senior interviews conducted online, which already showed a lack of internal alignment and respect for candidates’ time. After nearly one month of interviews, follow-ups, and waiting, I was verbally aligned on an offer that was already below market value. Despite this, I was told it had internal approval. Shortly after, the company pulled back the offer, citing disagreement between HR and Engineering leadership. HR stated that offering this salary would be “unfair internally,” even though it was they who had agreed to it in the first place. This revealed a serious misalignment between HR and Engineering, and poor internal coordination. As a candidate, I was caught in the middle of internal politics after investing significant time and effort in good faith. Overall, this process felt unprofessional, inefficient, and disrespectful of candidates’ time. If you are considering interviewing here, be cautious: verbal agreements may not be reliable, and internal decision-making appears fragmented.
