OSSA interview questions

The hiring process was long, due to wage conditions, accommodation trading, and items needed for my locomotion. It lasted about two months to complete this step. Before this stage realized the interview, which was with the manager of the area itself. Why not have been used a recruitment company, the questions were more in line with the work and experiences, which was of great benefit to both parties, and the definition that I would meet the expected and it was the right professional for the position became clear.
