Had two rounds of interview with Oak Ridge National Lab, both online. The first one is screening interview, second one is a full-day virtual on-site interview with a job talk and several one-on-one interviews. It was a good experience.

Interview
It was not that easy. They asked very hard questions. I could answer some of them, but not all. There were 12 people to ask questions. Each asked two questions
I applied the position and they contact me 3 months later. I almost forgot applying.
In first interview, I had 10 min to presentation and 20 min for Question and Answer time.
They didn't ask that much about my presentation and only asked general questions.
