I did 1 video call interview and 1 in-person interview. They required a take-home project to design and develop a few products as part of the interview process. Neither HR nor the hiring manager responded to my emails.

I submitted my resume and was contacted in less than an hour by a recruiter who wanted to set up an interview that same week. In the Teams video call, the recruiter described the process as multiple interviews (3?) including a final interview with the designer copying a sketch of her work.
