Oaks Nursing Home interview questions

I was interviewed by the receptionist. The first thing she said was, "Do you notice it doesn't smell like urine in here?" She showed me around and then told me to come back the next day for orientation. I watched some videos on elder care and filled out a W-2 form. I started training the next night.
