I was interviewed by two people. Didn't ask too many "typical" interview questions but just talked through my resume. Ask about my experience and about my schoolwork and career goals. We also talked about projects I could potentially work on.

First Interview was a 30 minute phone call with some standard questions like "are you available to work in the USA" and "where are you located." Second Interview was in-person (pre-COVID), it lasted about 3 hours. I have 4 interviewers - Completions Manager, Drilling Manager, Frac Manager and HR representative. This part was relatively laid back, with standard interview questions. The frac manager had given me a print out of frac plot with a screen-out situation and asked what had happened based on the plot.
