Interview
This is strange. I had, quite some time ago, applied to Objective Area Solutions. I recently received an email from a recruiter and after the first one, it became clear the position is no longer a good fit, based on where I am in my career. So I never interviewed - in fact, I declined to be interviewed. But I got a rejection email from the recruiter anyway. Interesting approach.

Question 1
No questions - she asked if I was interested in the role and I said no
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Objective Area Solutions in Apr 2024
Interview
Applied online and was emailed to setup a phone interview. Did the phone interview which was pretty average. But the position was listed as hybrid and when I asked about it she said it's basically remote with the person coming in "as needed" basically once or twice a month. I was more interested in a normal hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in the office but was still open to the role. She also mentioned the role was based o contract approval. She said she was gonna contact the manager and let me know within a week if I was moving forward.
A week went by and I got an email explaining that the manager was on vacation so she'll let me know in hopefully a few days. It was nice they kept me updated. But then I got a rejection email.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience. What attracted you to the role?
The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Objective Area Solutions
Interview
Went to several interviews over months, took required quizzes, and met all qualifications for the job. This were very happy with me as a candidate. Then, when it came time for them to make a decision, human resources sent me a short email stating that there was a modification in the contract. There was no elaboration and no response when clarification was politely requested.
Did the qualifications for the job change? Did they merge it into another position? I will never know and I will never have the chance to argue for my abilities. The whole process was disheartening and disrespectful.
