No real interview, online application followed by a 5-10 minute phone call and an immediate job offer despite no previous experience in warehouses. Week long shadow shifts/training where most of the nights you watched a PowerPoint presentation in a classroom. Followed by tours of the building and explanations of the rules.

Very easy and straight forward. It was not complicated at all. However, they could ask more vetting questions to make sure the job was right for me. But overall an okay experience.
