Case study for the second interiew. It was a offshore wind project where you basically had to calculate the NPV of the project. By calculating the cash flow statement, the WACC, etc... They also ask you for the IRR of the project as well as on thing or two more. They also give you a logic test with 10 questions which is quite easy. But you have to do all of this in one hour which is quite difficult

HR shortlisting. They were not good at communicating, and managing the process. It required a lot of follow ups, and I believe it is not a good image for the company
