Octro visited our campus for the position of an intern. The first round was of mcq type questions which had 75 questions to be answered in 60 mins. It had most of the questions from aptitude and a few questions from the domains of CSE. No negative marking. I think getting 65 correct out of 75 would easily land you for Interview. For Interview, there were two technical rounds and the final round was a mix of both technical and HR. About technical Interviews, I read on most websites that interviewer aren't capable of taking interviews, but I didn't find anything as such, I had a healthy interview. My first round was taken by two interviewers and they were quite supportive giving hints and accepting non-standard answers too. It was a 90 mins long interview over skype but honestly, it was a more like a conversation than an interview. Main questions were from DS , algo, DBMS and Puzzles. Second round was also a technical round conducted over Skype and this one lasted for around 30 mins. This one was quite professional means questions varying from concept of oops to few theoretical problems and again a few problems on DS and Algo. Final interview was mostly an HR round with just a single questions describe yourself along with your hobbies not necessarily technical, and we had a healthy discussion about my hobby and next were a few thought provoking questions on Oops and their implementations. After this I (TPO) received a mail of getting selected and there was also a job offer mentioned in the mail, so it was quite a bonus.
