      Work life balance is nice.

      Cons

      No career growth. Management just want low cost labour. Very confused management, they don't want to make new products. Company is like a grocery shop where they try to save single penny instead of making new things.

      Pros

      Fixed login time – no daily circus about when to show up. Snacks at 5 PM – at least something to look forward to in this place.

      Cons

      Management is a complete mess – confused people leading confused teams. Zero clarity. Dead environment – no energy, no brains, no meaningful conversations. Just noise and nonsense.
