It was good. The recruiter asked straight questions regarding Sales techniques and Odoo's suite of products. However, I wasn't invited for the next round as Odoo stopped hiring candidates other than US nationals, which was a surprise as they have sponsored in the past.

The management was extremely poor throughout the hiring process. I completed one initial phone screen, followed by three video calls and a final in-person interview, but then they just ghosted me completely.
