Off Base interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter. They asked me to send them my resume and reel. Then when I had the interview they cut me off at the beginning and started asking me if I had experience at specific companies. They had apparently not looked at my resume. When I told them I hadn't previously worked at the companies they asked about they told me they were not interested in continuing the interview because I didn't have the experience they wanted. Well that was dumb. you could have read my resume. I think I would have been a good candidate with my skills but all they cared about was where I worked before.
