Extremely easy -you are just asked to fake wait tables and open a bottle of champagne! It is extremely difficult to not pass the interview process. They do ask questions on the phone but that is all about your past experience.

It was an induction and assessment day all together in one. They took us through the fundamentals and then we had a brief assessment test on the main points of our induction.
