Ogden Newspapers interview questions

Sent resume. Only filled out application for personnel file. Publisher and editor had me come in for a conversation. Very informal. Friendly. Asked a lot about my interests and talked about the community.

After submitting an application, I was called in to look over my resume and skills. After reviewing my skills and background, and making sure I was competent enough to communicate efficiently, I was offered the job on the spot and scheduled to come back in three days later to fill out required paperwork.
