Ogden Publications interview questions

I was contacted by email to schedule a phone interview only a couple hours after I submitted my application. The first interview was with a woman who was the head of the the media and marketing department and it lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were pretty straightforward and related to the position, so I was asked about my editing and writing experience. I was then contacted by email to have a second phone interview, this time with the same woman as well as with the editorial director. They asked some similar straightforward questions and then some more specific questions about my resume. After a couple days they called back and offered me the job.

Hiring manager was new and was trying to wear too many hats. Was very unorganized and admitted that they had no clue on how to interview. Asked me questions right off an Internet website. Too sad.
