The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy (New York, NY) in Feb 2012
Interview
It was more like a personality test than an interview. No questions about you, your experience, why marketing or even why Ogilvy. It felt very dry and like a standardized process. Be prepared with stories and lessons about "times you failed, times you dealt with conflict..."
Just one interview with member of team after submitting my resume; behavioral questions and sharing interest in company/different clients; need to have a good grasp on your experiences and also the brands they work with and connect them
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy in Feb 2024
Interview
A typical first-round interview where they ask you questions about how you can fit into the role. One of my biggest struggles was the time 30-minute limit and the interviewer taking most of the time.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Singapore) in Jan 2026
Interview
Great, they did ask me a few critical thinking questions. I had to pause and think for a while. Location of office is at cbd which is convenient, office has pantry and everyone seems rly friendly
