I was asked to join the company after working on 2 projects that the clients loved.
I was promised full time and a hired salary but when I got the contract that was not the case.

I got a phone call from HR, and she asked me about my previous experiences, projects, and expected salary. I think in general it's hard to hear the other person from a phone call and I would have preferred a video conference much more because of the audio quality. It was hard to tell what the HR wants from her questions and who she is looking for.
