first of all,,aptitude test n reasoning test was taken.After that, group discussion and personal interview was taken for 2 days. I had been preparing for half month for this interview. A group of 95 candidates appeared for the interview and among them only 4 had been selected for the required position. GD was a little bit tough and lengthy. At first i was nervous. But later on it was ok.
a. Where do you see yourself in five years?
b. What goals have you set for yourself? How are you planning to achieve them?
c. To what do you owe your present success?
d. Why should I hire you?
e. What makes you think you can handle this position?
f. What is your most significant accomplishment to date?
g. Why do you want to work here?
h. Describe a leadership role of yours and tell why you committed your time to it.

Pathetic. Had an interview scheduled and they completely ghosted me. Sent a follow up email and even that was ignored. Don’t give false hopes and then disappear please. The unprofessionalism is astounding.

Interview
It was through Skype and it took place at my school. It lasted for about 30 min. There weren't't any questions that I found particularly hard. I had a very friendly interviewing and she mostly wanted to know about my past experiences and marketing courses i was in.

They were mostly behavioral questions, the specifically asked which ads that they had created had I resonated with most.
