Recommended from a friend who worked at the company, the company has a system where recommendations will give monetary bonuses to the employee if the recommended personnel is successfully hired.
Two-round interview, first with PR high-management level executive and then with the hiring team director.
Focuses on a person's attitude and a good understanding of the work involved. Likes to see positive attitudes and genuine interest towards this line of work.
The director of the hiring team gave assignments, which asked to to create a case study regarding a client she was interested in. To test my understanding of her brief and individual working abilities, which I brought back to her for presentation and review.

What do you see as the essence of PR work, and the future of digital and social media?

Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
