I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ogilvy (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
It began with a written application, followed by 2 behavioral interviews. Since I attended a small school, mine were conducted over Skype, with one interviewer choosing to leave their camera turned off. The final step was a day of evaluations in NYC, that consisted of evaluated group activities, 1:1 interviews, and presentations. I received a job offer about 72 hours later.

Question 1
Name a time you disagreed with the leader of your team, and how you handled that experience.
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.
