There's nothing unusual with the interview process. There were three rounds—first was HR screening, then your reporting manager, and then the unit director/managing partner.
After the final interview, they'll ask for your salary history and references so they know what salary and position to offer you.

Second step: one hour-long call with hiring manager +1 other. They drilled with questions for almost the full hour
Third stage: presentation task
After that, I don't know as the recruiter ghosted me after I pushed back on the only 2 time slots they offered for the presentation task.

Straightforward, very clear and no issue. Super fast process of less than a month until signing. Overall, a good experience. The HR is fast response and quite cooperative. The next steps are clear always through phones and email.
