Application and essay questions led me to getting an interview. Interview was a standard 30 minutes and virtual. Interviewer asked the usual kinds of questions - not overly warm but still very kind. Definitely more of an interview than a conversation.

What are three words you would use to describe yourself?
Round one interview 20 minute zoom. The interviewer was super nice and it followed a normal behavioral interview style. It was a very quick interview. They never asked "tell me about yourself" They just dove right into the questions. The interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to but when the interview began he was more serious.

Submitted my application (essays, resume) and my first interview was with an account executive. But I did not get to move onto the second round which is either another interview or super day (depending on your process)
