3 rounds; One with Hiring manager, next with a director and last round with HR. First two rounds were problem solving exercises, HR round was behavioural and why I am leaving current job etc.

A bit random- There is no set process. Mostly, case interviews in general, but there was a severe lack on interest on the interviewer end as far as the firm or the work or life in general is considered.

Interview
Very smooth and transparent process. Very detailed and relevant questions on resume and personality based. Panel showed complete support and courtesy to every interviewee. Questions were very guided and streamlined and not jumping from one topic to the other.

How did you manage the challenges faced in your summer intership
Normal process. Two persons interviewed. It was easy. Not much structures. They have high attrition rate so they wanted to fill up as soon as possible. The interview went on for an hour or so. The closure happened the next day itself.
