Omnidian interview questions

The selection process consisted of four rounds. It began with an initial conversation with HR, followed by interviews with the direct line manager and team leaders. Each round covered a mix of general and behavioral questions, along with discussions around my professional experience and approach to work. Although it took approximately two months to receive the final offer, the timeline and expectations were clearly communicated from the outset, which made the process feel transparent and well-managed. Overall, it was an excellent experience—professional, engaging, and well structured.

Silly and absolutely ridiculous. I answered all the answers completely and accurately. Yet, a month later after promising twice to a panel interview which was going to be 6 45 min interviews. and pushing it out a month, emailed me to say they are “pivoting” and going with someone else in the pool. sick, rude and inconsiderate. People are struggling out here and don’t have time for games like that.
