After reviewing the interview transcript, it looks like a question meant to check availability during working hours came across differently from how it was intended. We ask this of everyone at final stage, simply to make sure people can work their contracted hours without conflicting responsibilities. It wasn’t meant to ask about parental status or personal circumstances, and we’re sorry it came across that way.
We truly value working parents; many of our team members (including leaders) are parents themselves, and caregiving responsibilities never influence our hiring decisions.
