Very comfortable interview process with future manager and colleague where you pitch a product. First call is with HR followed by the task. Everyone was very friendly. Confidence is key here.

To start with, as any other interview processes it started out with a simple "Introduce Yourself" question and then it slowly accentuated into difficult levels when they started asking about skills and things which are on rise in the current trends.
- The questions were on various topics.

Basically interview had three rounds , To begin with the first round was technical round I in which your basics of computer science subjects will be asked , and few coding questions (easy-moderate), the second round was techno-managerial where your coding skills (DSA) will be tested ( easy -moderate) and the final round was HR round where you will be asked some general questions. The overall experience was excellent, as the talent acquisition team not only focus on their choice instead they will also focus on your interests.

Impressively quick and transparent process! Rapid communication and interview scheduling. I've never had a more streamlined candidate experience. Everyone I spoke with was transparent about the role's expectations, where the company has been, where it is now and where it wants to be in the near future.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter followed by an interview with the manager, and then a panel interview. Unfortunately, the whole process felt disorganized and communication was poor. The recruiting team representatives didn't seem well-coordinated.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OneTrust in Aug 2023
Initial call was with the hiring manager, followed by a peer interview, then ended with an executive. All focused on a different area of expertise needed for the role and were on average 45 minutes each. After each interview the recruiter followed up and had detailed and specific feedback which was great and unique to other interview experiences.
- What is your leadership style? How do you deal with change and adversity?

There was a three stage process. First was the recruiter, second was with a Quality Assurance team member, the third was an in person interview with two team members and a manager.

I interviewed at OneTrust (London, England)
My initial interview was with the recruiter and it went really well. He was super keen for me to speak with the hiring manager right away so we organised a second stage interview then and there. My second interview went well, wasn't particularly difficult and we both had a great conversation. Alight, RED FLAG: this was a 4 stage interview process. This is just way too much, even by todays standards. Also WHY was one of the stages a full presentation about a topic of their choice? Stop “BrewDog”ing candidates, and getting them to do free work! The recruiter and manager the ghosted me after my second interview. I emailed the recruiter who said he would follow up and after 3 weeks, nothing! I had a feeling that when I spoke to the manager, he had already made up his mind on a candidate and was just going through the motions. The people seemed friendly but on the whole. Too many stages and bad show for ghosting!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OneTrust (Raleigh, NC) in Jul 2023
This was my second time talking to OneTrust with a different recruiter. Apparently there was a very specific requirement of 8-10 years of recent individual contributor experience. My resume and LinkedIn profile show clearly my background is different from that requirement. Their recruiters have no idea what they are doing and clearly do not read resumes or LinkedIn profiles. Stop wasting people’s time and do your job!

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at OneTrust in Jul 2023
It was a really short interview about my goals, previous experiences and the expectations from the role. There wasn’t any case study or work related questions. But after the interview they didn’t reach me out about the result.
