Online application followed by Zoom interview with two senior staff in the retail department. The interview process was suspended due to an unexpected company-wide hiring freeze, so I can't speak to what the "normal" process would have been.

Interview
The interview process started with sending in my resume, then they called to set up an interview. The interview was just standard questions asked face to face by the manager of the cafe. Then they called me back to offer me the position.
