Ontario Public Service interview questions

30-minute in-person panel interview at the Whitney Block in Toronto. Panel consisted of the hiring manager, a web developer, and an HR consultant. Questions were a mix of behavioral and technical, covering Agile experience, web development background, and motivation for the role. The process was professional and well-organized. They followed up promptly when contacted about status.

Standard OPS interview. They give you the questions in advance. You must think thoroughly on what they want to hear, you are graded on a rubric system. Key words are important, they want you to keep talking so you will hit more of them. There is often also an assignment to do ahead of time
