The interview process for the student caller position was straightforward and welcoming. I submitted my application online, then was contacted for a brief phone screening. During the in-person interview, I met with the calling center supervisor who asked about my availability, communication skills, and comfort level with making phone calls. They had me do a practice call scenario to demonstrate how I'd interact with alumni. The atmosphere was friendly and they clearly explained the job expectations, training process, and schedule flexibility for students.

A supervisor for the department you want to work in interviews you and asks you why you are interested in the role and is very professional. There is typically only one interview.
