First and second interview rounds were very straight forward but not as structured as expected. The first interview is just to know more about you and if there is a potential fit with the position. The second interview is a case study divided in 2 parts: the first part is a target list for the country you apply for. In this target list (10 brands), you need to analyse the market and all the products that we could offer for each brand. And create a full pitch challenge for Zalando with the few information available online. And present the case study in front the the full team for one hour. The time preparation for the case study is 3/4 days maximum. And they say that the hiring process don’t last more than 2/3 weeks but they are not giving a clear deadline after the second interview to have more time to see more candidates.
