Interview
My interview process took approx. 6 weeks in total, and involved a phone screen, two Zoom interviews with my immediate supervisor and/or team, and one final interview with a department head. My process was highly professional and responsive, with folks who communicated well and kept to the timeline initially laid out. I had an overall positive experience and felt that my time was valued.

Interview
The person took the time to get to know me and I felt heard and values which was really nice. I appreciate how the person was relaxed and supportive and more of a conversation.

Question 1
Asked about my experience in fundraising and donor development among many other questions. It did sound like one of the jobs that was advertised that I had applied for was "ear marked" for an existing employer but it sounded like they had to still list it publicly but sounded like they were not really considering people for that position.
