Three step interview process, the initial zoom call is an employment overview, then an interview with the Recruiter, lastly you meet with the Regional Manager. All the interviews are pretty basic interviews, everyone is great and cares about their team.

Several interviews with the HR personal, Regional and State. Very insightful and casual however you should still go prepared and armed with questions. The entire interview process took on average 3 weeks from beginning to end and then the job offer took another week. Training is called skills Week which requires you learn scripted verbiage before being considered an actual agent.
