First, I had my recruiter screening call with Marcia Meredith which went well so I advanced to the next stage and had a video interview with Danielle Stout which also went well because she told me that the last step would be to set up an interview with the clients in order to complete the hiring process. After about 3 weeks from my video interview, I sent an email to follow up and was reassured that they will set up the interview as soon as the client gave their availability. I waited almost 2 months, when Danielle called me to reassure me again that they were very interested in hiring me, however the clients still needed to give their availability and that they would also consider me for other possible locations. Safe to say for 3 months of emailing Marcia and Danielle, I did not get the job because the clients "never gave their availability" and I was never told of the other positions either. This company basically ghosted me after telling me that my qualifications were amazing and that I would likely succeed in this role. I cut my losses after finally realizing that they just wanted to give me false hope.
