The company only recruits applicants from personal referrals. As a result, the interview process was very relaxed as I was already "sold" to the leadership. The interview included myself, the president, the vice president, the client I would be working with, and my friend that worked for the company that had referred me. The best part? We met at a local brewery and enjoyed tacos and beers.
