The interview process is a very organized and respectful process.
My credentials were not directly connected to the job description, so at first I had a DM dialogue with HR in LinkedIn.
She asked me why am I interested in this position, do I have some basic knowledge of PPC and how I will transition to this position.
I was able to convince her that I have motivation and fundamental skills to succeed in the position, so I was granted a telephone interview.
The telephone interview went exactly on time. The purposes of it were to study my personality and to decide if I am suitable for the company in general.
I passed it with the flying colors, and they sent me the homework assignment.
The homework assignment got a few tricky questions and issues, which I was not able to grasp fully as a person with a different background (law and hotel business), but I tried to rely on a description of the process and presentation.
Still, it was not enough to proceed to the next stage, so I was eliminated from the competition for the prize.
Despite that, I would like to commend Optival for professionalism and punctuality during interview process and for rapidness in providing all answers.
