Interview
First round of amplitude test include verbal and quantitative for 1hr. It's a paper based test and they announce results immediately.
Interview is purely based on your Performance in solving puzzles. Need to be ready to solve puzzles one after the other patiently. Not much importance to technical skills/domain skills are tested in interview. It might includes multiple rounds of interview for puzzles where much of analytical and aptitude are alone tested.

Interview
Very bad interview process. They suddenly call you and ask you to finish two online aptitude tests.
Even after you complete the aptitude which already tests analytical and general knowledge skills, they still ask you riddles in another round.
These riddles are unrelated to any business analyst role and they can reject you even if you hesitate just for a second. They will reject you even if you give the correct asnwer.
Terrible way of judging a candidate. Candidates need to be careful this company can demoralize you for no reason.

Interview
2 rounds. first round was 2 tests- aptitude and analytical test .Both of them not so difficult.
Next round was 2 skype interviews with 2 Managers. Both of them seemed not interested . They had already decided on the basis of the resume not to take me. first interviewer asked behavioral qs and questions regarding facing a client. The second interviewer wasn't really bothered and told me that you are too technical and you have heavily invested in technical side. If MIS grads are not fit for BA roles then who are!
