Organic Pastures interview questions

Very quick response from Craigslist application. In person interview with hiring manager within 5 days of application. Friendly and enthusiastic about the brand, very casual interview. Slow to respond with follow up after in person interview, but acceptable nonetheless. Brought in for an unpaid ride along with the same hiring manager which lasted 10 hours and included lunch. Day went quite well and was offered a verbal offer, even with the option to come in tomorrow. I never was asked when I would be available to start, so when I received the verbal offer, I indicated I could start the 2nd Monday after receiving a written offer. Was told I would be contacted, but was completely ghosted. I never followed back up as I feel that I did a great job on my ride along and feel less than valued as a potential employee by their inability to pursue me.
