Asked basic questions. The interview process was very relaxed, manager was very friend;y, so it didn't make you feel nervous at all. Why do you want to work here, where do you want to be in 5 yrs etc
Phone interview where they asked standard questions was first, then in-person interview after that for a more traditional one on one interview. I think this was sort of a “first round” to see if it was worth it to bring me in.
Slightly bizarre structure of interviews.
Was emailed to pick a slot for interview. After waiting a while in the reception area with other candidates we were taken upstairs and asked questions individually. It was difficult to concentrate in answering these questions as the person sitting next to me was answering the same questions.
However the questions were basic and really easy to answer.
