It begins with a group interview (if you make it that far) during which they give you a background on the program and have you go around and introduce yourself/say why you want to be a Hotdogger.

It was a simple process. Started by being asked basic questions about myself, my qualifications and my experience. They had a lovely account manager - a subcontracted consultant who was managing the recruitment process. after a few questions, we were inducted and given the paperwork to fill up
