      Marketing Administrator Interview

      Sep 13, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Poole, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Osprey Packs (Poole, England)

      Interview

Two-stage process, involving interview with line manager and HR, and then a second interview with the line manager and head of department. As this was a bilingual position, some questions were asked in a foreign language. I was also asked to give a presentation about their products in the second interview. Overall the interview questions were straightforward, but there were a few surprise tests including a personality test, a proofreading test, and writing test about how I would improve their online presence.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would your friends describe you? If you received many journalist requests, how would you prioritize? How would you improve our in-store marketing?
