Google Chat then a Phone interview with Jeb. The chat session included other members of the content team. Overall, a good interview process during the pandemic. Questions were on-point. Took a couple of days.

Interview
A 30-min phone screen with the recruiter followed by an email stating "opps, I forgot to mention there is a cognitive aptitude test you must complete" followed by complete ghosting. I invested over an hour and a half of my time and I had to reach out for a status update myself. I was sent a generic declination from the ATS within moments, which I consider very unprofessional and impersonal.

Cognitive aptitude test was 50 questions (verbal, math and logic) in 15 minutes, followed by 2 additional sections on personality.
